San Francisco Concussion Lawyers

Any type of blunt trauma to the head can result in a concussion. Even hitting your head on an open cabinet door or a minor fall could cause a mild concussion. If you are in a car accident, slamming your head into the back of your seat or hitting your head on the side pillars of the car may cause a much more severe one.
In many cases, concussions are relatively minor injuries and cause no lasting effects. In some instances, though, a seemingly minor brain trauma can have a much greater and long-lasting impact. If a concussion results in post-concussive syndrome, the results could be devastating. If you or a loved one have suffered a concussion or other closed head injury, you need aggressive and experienced representation. You need the Brandi Law Firm.

What is Post-Concussive Syndrome?
Symptoms of post-concussive syndrome may include headaches, dizziness and fatigue. Someone suffering from this syndrome may have subtle personality shifts, often becoming increasingly anxious and irritable for no apparent reason, or getting emotional and even depressed.
Post-concussive syndrome can be frustrating for the victims themselves as well as family and friends. It often goes undiagnosed, since many doctors just do not understand how it manifests itself. Interestingly, the development of post-concussive syndrome is not directly related to the severity of the original concussion. A relatively minor head injury can result in a myriad of symptoms related to post-concussive syndrome.
