Trex Deck Defect Attorneys

We represent California homeowners who have purchased and installed Trex decking products.

trexTrex told potential purchasers that their decking boards were low or no-maintenance and that they would not rot, crack, or degrade over time, making them a better decision than traditional wood products. In fact, many of the Trex boards began to disintegrate, discolor and fall apart after only a few months or years, making them much less stable and reliable than traditional wood. We have filed suit in California seeking certification of a class action so that homeowners can recover the costs they have incurred to fix their decks.

If you have any information about Trex products, or you would like information about participation in the suit, please contact attorney Terence Edwards at (415) 989-1800 or via email.
