Brian J. Malloy is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Oregon, Robert D. Clark Honors College, where he graduated summa cum laude. Brian attended the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, earning Order of the Coif, and graduating as Valedictorian.
Brian is admitted to the bars of California, Nevada, Arizona, and Washington, D.C., along with numerous federal courts. Brian has represented clients in both state and federal courts in complex product liability matters involving aviation and aircrafts, autos, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and other defective products. Brian has also represented clients in matters involving severe personal injury, wrongful death, consumer fraud and protection, financial fraud, physical and financial elder abuse, and class actions. He has experience in all areas of litigation, including all aspects of discovery, opposing dispositive motions, second-chairing trials to verdict in numerous jurisdictions, post-judgment enforcement proceedings, and appeals.
Brian is a member of the American Association of Justice, the Consumer Attorneys of California, the Bar Association of San Francisco, the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association, and the Nevada Justice Association. Brian is also a member of the Ninth Judicial Circuit Historical Society.
Prior to joining The Brandi Firm, Brian served as a law clerk to the Honorable Melvin Brunetti of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
A native of Eureka, California where he graduated from Saint Bernard High School, Brian lives in San Francisco with his wife.
