In the first Hershey overtime case (Campanelli vs Hershey), 120 current and former RSRs joined the litigation, 31 of which were currently employed as RSRs. All participated in the settlement.
In the current litigation, more than 60 current RSRs have joined the suit to obtain the unpaid compensation wrongfully denied them by Hershey, and the total of current and former RSRs exceeds the first case participation of 120.
July 13, 2012 is the deadline to join the case.
So to be on the safe side, if you wish to join to protect your rights, you should send in your Consents as soon as possible.
