Jason B. Friedman
Biography
Jason Friedman is a seasoned trial attorney who concentrates his practice on cases involving catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, consumer fraud and protection, premises liability, class actions and claims against government entities.
Jason is admitted to practice in courts across California and Arizona. He has extensive experience representing clients in all aspects of litigation, where he has achieved numerous multi-million-dollar settlements and verdicts in cases involving dangerous conditions of public property, automobile collisions, product liability claims, and catastrophic personal injury matters.
Jason has received numerous accolades for his representation of clients in litigation and trial. He has twice been selected as a Finalist for the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association's Trial Lawyer of the Year Award. Jason has been selected by his peers for inclusion in Super Lawyers (Northern California) for 2025-2026, Super Lawyers' Northern California Rising Stars for 2018-2021, and Best Lawyers in America for 2023.
Jason is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara and the University of San Francisco School of Law. Prior to being admitted to the California Bar in 2011, Jason served as a law clerk for The Brandi Law Firm and as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable John K. Stewart in the San Francisco Superior Court.
